SUMMARY:Oulton Park Gold Cup
DESCRIPTION:The 500’s will be returning to the Oulton Park Gold Cup for a very special event celebrating 70 years of the Gold Cup\, and in the first race of the weekend\, racing for the inagural Roy Hunt Trophy\, in memory of that great 500 stalwart\, Roy Hunt. \nThanks to the generosity of Pat & Roy Hunt we have been able to set the entry fee at only £250 to cover both races and the event festivities. \nWe are planning additional celebrations over the weekend including a Saturday evening party. \nFurther information will be posted to the documents page of this event in  Purple Lap and by e-newsletter. \nThe event is over three days with admin\, scrutineering and qualifying on Friday 26th July\, followed by race one Saturday 27th July\, and race two on Sunday 28th July. \nAll on track action are 15 minutes each. \nSR’s\, event timetable and other details are still awaited from the organsiers\, but they will be posted to the document section of the event in Purple Lap as they become available. \nThe grid for both races is set by the qualifying times. \nPlease email a photo of both sides of your 2024 competition licence to Xavier Kingsland as soon as you receive your licence xavierfkingsland@gmail.com \nThe entry fee is £250 for the two races\, with payment to The 500 Owners Association Ltd.  \nIf you need to cancel your entry\, you will recieve a 100% refund if you notify xavierfkingsland@gmail.com before the entry closing date of 12th July. No refund after the entry closing date. \n  \nThe 500 Owners Association Code of Conduct representative for this event is Xavier Kingsland.
