SUMMARY:Brands Hatch Superprix
DESCRIPTION:The Legends of Brands Superprix forms part of the Circuit’s centenary celebrations. \nWith their historic association with the circuit\, the 500’s have been invited to take part in this great weekends racing on the Grand Prix Circuit. \nThere will be one 15 minute qualifying session on Saturday and two 15 minute races on Sunday. \nSigning on will be by online declaration\, and the link will be emailed to you when the declarations are to be completed\, normally 10 days before the event. \nAs a deposit fee has already been paid the balance of £350 should be paid to the 500 Owners Association Ltd by the latest 31st May 2026. \n  \nIf you have not done so already please could you join the 500 Racers WhatsApp group as it is the quickest way of communicating important information. If unsure of how to do this please contact Simon Dedman who can help you. \n  \nThe 500 Owners Association Code of Conduct representative for this event is Simon Dedman. The deputy will be Richard Fuller. \nReserves and Refunds \n·         All reserve places will be held strictly in the order of receipt- i.e. “First come First Served”. \n· Should an entry slot become available\, either as part of the confirmed grid\, or as one of the 7 reserves that can take part in qualifying\, you will be notified\, at which point the full entry fee becomes payable to secure your place. \n·         A total of 45 cars can attend the event\, (38 entries and 7 reserves) and take part in qualifying. \n·         Those remaining on the reserve list that choose to take part in qualifying but cannot race because all 38 grid spots are taken after qualifying\, will get a 50% refund of their total race fee.  (mechanical failure is NOT a reason for a refund) \nTreatment of reserves in qualifying \nEntrants should examine Appendix 6 of the 2026 MSUK NCR’s\, pages 402 & 403 and in particular sections 3 & 5 that cover procedures for race qualifying including those of reserve entries. \nGeneral refund policy (Does not apply for Mallory CMMC policy will be in operation) \n100% refund of the race entry fee is applicable if a race entry is withdrawn up to the date that race entries close. After that date a 50% refund will apply and any cancellation less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund. \nBrands Hatch refund policy \nThe £100 deposit is non-refundable. \n£350 refund of the race entry fee is applicable if a race entry is withdrawn up to the date that race entries close. After that date entries will not be eligible for any refund. \n  \n  \n
